Where is delivery available?
We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please email support@andrewmorganfashionfashion.com, and our team will personally assist in coordinating delivery to your region.
What are the delivery timeframes?
All orders are shipped through UPS. At checkout, you’ll be able to choose your preferred delivery speed, each with transparent pricing and estimated arrival windows for a clear expectation of when your order will arrive.
How much is delivery?
Delivery rates are calculated by UPS and presented at checkout, offering clear pricing for each available delivery option.
Can my order be changed or canceled after purchase?
As orders are processed swiftly to expedite delivery, please contact support@andrewmorganfashion.com right away if you need to make a change. We’ll make every effort to assist, but modifications cannot be guaranteed once processing is underway.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time. For further assistance, please contact support@andrewmorganfashion.com, and our team will gladly assist.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Exchanges and Returns must be received by us within 21 days of purchase. Items eligible for return must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with hang tags attached. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for our Returns Department to process your request once received. Refunds typically take up to 5 business days to be reflected by your bank after they’ve been issued.
How do I start a return?
To begin a return, you have two options to access our Return Portal:
- Click 'Login' on the homepage of the Andrew Morgan website, or Click 'Return Request' in the website footer.
After selecting one of these options, follow the steps below:
Sign in to your account
- Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue.
- Check your email for a message from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
- Go back to the online store and input the code to verify your login.
Request a return
- Click Request Return for the order you want to return.
- If your order has multiple items, select the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Choose a return reason and add any relevant notes for our team.
- Click Request Return to submit.
If your return request is approved and needs shipping, you’ll get an email with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for our Returns Department to process it. Refunds usually take up to an additional 5 business days to appear on your bank statement after they are issued.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may use our Return Portal to generate a complimentary return shipping label for eligible purchases and then place a new order for your preferred item. How should I care for my garment?
To preserve the quality and longevity of your garment, please refer to the care label located inside. Following these recommendations will help maintain the fabric’s feel, fit, and appearance over time.
Will my garment shrink after washing?
Our fabrics undergo a pre-wash process to reduce shrinkage, though natural fibers may subtly adjust after the first wash. Adhering to the care instructions on the interior label will help maintain the garment’s original fit and drape.
